I cannot get in my marketplace map

So i when i went to play minecraft i buy some minecoint to by a map from the marketplace, once i purchased it i download it amd create a map but when i click create it says "there was a problem loading this world." So i tried to press it again it says the same thing, so bassically i cant go in the world i bought devs pls fix this
