Player is able to take damage before loading in on Realms

Hello!

My players are able to take damage before they are done loading in on a Realms world. 

 

Steps to Recreate:

1. Spawn Zombie
2. Disconnect from Realms World
3. Wait a bit (or don't)
4. Come back
5. Be low health after being attacked for a long time before you are able to load in and react.
