If you /give splash_potion with an invalid damage id the game will crash as soon as you load the world/join the realm.

The game always crashes as soon as I join the realm/open the world after I executed the command /give splash_potion with an invalid damage.

Steps for reproduction:
1. Make a world/realm
2. Enable cheats
3. Execute the command "/give splash_potion 1 827
4. If done correctly the game will crash and will crash again and again if you load the world used for testing.
