Chat "Hide" button doesn't visually show as pressed when enabled

Description: When I press the "Hide" button in chat, it does not toggle on and does not hide chat.

Upon further investigation of this bug, I have noticed that pressing the hide button functions correctly and hides that chat to you, but it does not show the colorations and border effect of being "pressed", therefore making it confusing as to whether or not the button is working at all.
