PS4 controller registering L2 press twice

When playing Minecraft PE on Android using PS4 controller L2 button press is registered twice.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect PS4 controller
2. Start the game
3. try going to inventory
4. Press L2
5. Or try opening/closing a door.

I have tried:

1. Using other PS4 controller
2. Tried on different Android phone

Issue persist there as well
