Command blocks do not change modes

The command block does not change modes, even though it does change appearance.

Steps to Reproduce:

Put a command block to any mode that is not default.

Observed Results

Command block changes appearance, but doesn't change modes.

Expected results:

Command block changes modes and appearance.
