I bought Custom hearts by Podcrash in Marketplace but it won't download

I bought Custom Hearts in the marketplace, but it doesn't download. It has been "downloading" for days and when I hit restore purchases I get an error: An error occurred while restoring your purchases. Check your Internet connection.

I test my connection on speedtest.net and I have 20 MB download.

I already cleared the Marketplace cache to start the download process again and the process stays at Download again
