Bedrock Menu not allowing any prompts.

When I start up my Bedrock on my Xbox one, it loads as normal however it won’t let me click anything. I can’t click play, settings, store, character menu, nothing. I’ve reset the game several times to no avail, even deleted and redownloaded the game twice now. Sometimes it just fixes itself, only to not allow button prompts again. It’s been doing this for about 3 weeks now if that helps.
