Hotbar and Controllers

When in the inventory screen while using a controller, you can press the right shoulder button (commonly referred as R1) and jump from the rightmost hotbar slot to the leftmost hotbar slot. However, the reverse doesn't work with the left shoulder (L1). While highlighting the leftmost slot, left shoulder does nothing.
