Dragon eggs should be dropped as items by default

According to Java Edition, dragon eggs should drop as items by default
Instead of using a pickaxe to drop it

Expected behavior:
When the dragon egg cannot be teleported, items will drop when digging with bare hands.

Actually happened:
Dragon eggs are considered stone items and require the use of a pickaxe to drop.

 

Note:

This is a vanilla parity problem
I know that the easiest way to get a dragon egg is to place a torch below and then make it drop on the torch.
