Villager moves slowly when it are going to harvest or plant

When the villagers (farmer) are going to harvest or plant they are moving slower than normal.

Steps to Reproduce:

-Make an area of planting using dirt a hoe and a bit of water.
-Spawn a villager farmer.
-Drop a potato for the villager.
-See it moving.
