Dismounting striders while looking at a nearby solid block doesn't dismount the player onto that block

Summary:
When dismounting a strider while looking at a nearby solid block, the player is not dismounted onto that block. This was changed in Java Edition over three years ago, see https://twitter.com/kingbdogz/status/1256260637283569673.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Teleport to the Nether
2. Spawn a strider on a lava lake
3. Put a saddle on the strider
4. Ride the strider
5. Type /setblock ~1 ~ ~ stone
6. Look at the stone block and dismount the strider

Observed Results:
The player is dismounted onto the lava.

Expected Results:
The player is dismounted onto the stone block.
