Texture and UI glitch

When I play Minecraft, not even 5 seconds in the word and UI starts to glitch, the textures colour get change and other messy stuff, it basically gets unplayable, Restarting Minecraft does not fix the glitch. Sometimes the glitch is so violent that it crashes.

This glitch is dangerous because it can give some players epilepsy attack without any warning.
