Glitch through blocks at Y-256 using tools

Issue / details
The y-cord 256 bugs out and when you use a tool ( right click hoe, shovel, axe )  you fall thorough a block but get rubber banded up but dose effect the hit box so it makes it super hard to hit  the clips are on a realm with addons but it works on singleplayer no addons also note ONLY 256

Steps to reproduce 
   Goto the y-cord 256 stand on a block
   Right-Click/ ( place button ) shovel/axe/hoe
Outcome
     Glitch through a block others screens and start swiming on your own
Expected Outcome
    Nothing should happen expect the tools working
