Strange block change

The other day I encountered a very strange bug type thing happen on my Minecraft pocket edition app. I was playing when suddenly all the blocks changed colours, patterns and shapes. This happened until I logged out of the game and came back in. I’m not sure if you can link pictures up to this but if so I will.
