Game lag when player joins

After the update to 1.20.30, my two servers started lagging a lot.

The CPU will go up to 100%, which has never happened before with the previous version.

The villagers and animals barely move, and the game actions all lag.

I have to wait 2-5 minutes to get the game smoother.

After upgrading my CPU and hard disk, I realized it was a bug in the latest version.

It seems that this version was not thoroughly tested prior to its release.
