Chat and Structure Block UI move the cursor back 1 character

When using chat or structure block input fields, the cursor will sometimes begin typing a character back.

For example, structure blocks have Y: _1 by default. When clicking on the field to change it, you will begin typing between the "-" and the "1". It is also visually different in the chat, also back by a single character. Attached is a clip of this issue.
