that's not a minecraft skin silly Bug is back

The Bug is back I can't try switching to my Zeraora skin without a loading and the then a pop up saying that's not a minecraft skin silly, I try to update change the file use skindex editor and when I open the custom skin same result that's not a minecraft skin silly keeps on showing up can you guys fix it?
