Frame Drop

Ever since the new update 1.20.30 came out I have frame drops when I walk. In the previous version, the game ran perfectly without any problems. I deleted the game and reinstalled it and it's still the same.In the reviews of the game I saw that there are others who have this problem with frame drops since the new update 1.20.30
