All recipes show instead of just craftable

No matter if the new Recipes unlock toggle is on or off, when I open my already existing world I'm always seeing All recipes instead of just Craftable. I don't want to scroll to each recipe, I want to just see what I can Craft and I don't want to change this each time, before this update it would remember what I was using last.
