Massive frame rate drop near villages

In any mode (survival, creative, etc.) With cheats on or off, experimental features on or off, New game or old game it doesn't matter, as soon as you get within about 25 to 30 blocks the frame rate drops down to almost nill.

However it does not effect the players motions unless you are riding in a rail cart near the village and gets worst the closer you get to the village.
