Latest update killed QNAP server

I got a QNAP NAS.
I got Minecraft Bedrock Server from here.

The latest version 1.20.30 has broken the QNAP server.
I can see it in the QNAP NAS settings. I can edit the config etc.
But Minecraft no longer can see the server.
If I change the executable file (bedrock_server) to the older version then it shows up again but it says its too old so I cant use that one.
If I upgrade to the latest or the next the 1.20.40 version then it doesn't show up in Minecraft.

WHY IS THIS?
Can someone fix this?
