Weird camera behaviour on water surface

So, I don't know if it's intentional, but the camera has a weird behavior near water surfaces, if offset from the regular view and move quickly after a moment...
in Javaor old Legacy editions, there is no such thing...

If it's intentional, maybe add an option to disable this... cause this feel unnatural.
