Minecraft disables entire computer's audio after launching

This only started happening after the latest update to 1.20.30. When opening Minecraft, it will disable my PC's audio. I can't get it back even by switching audio devices. I am forced to restart my entire PC.

But I'm sure this will be ignored just like all the other bugs I've reported. But really, how does this even pass quality checks?
