Existing villager trades for bookshelf increased in price from 1 emerald to over 20 upon updating to 1.20.30

After curing my villagers multiple times the prices dropped to one emerald. I know this has changed in the new version, however my existing villagers have now changed their prices as well.

The prices for enchanted books have gone up to original price as well.
