Light and shadow stripes on Deferred Technical Preview

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the game (Minecraft Beta 1.20.40.20)
2. Create a new world
3. Enable "Render Dragon Features for Creators"
4. Apply one of any resource packs that contains PBR
5. Enter the world
6. Enter Settings while you are in the world
7. Select "Deferred Technical Preview" in the Video tab
8. Exit Settings and click "Resume Game"
9. You will see stripes of light and shadow in the world
