Recipes Menu Defaults to "All" Items

Summary:
Every time I start playing in a world - New or Existing - my crafting menu will always default to showing "All" items. I can change it to show just what I can craft based on what's in my inventory, but if I leave the world and log in again, it will default back to "All" again.

Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1) Enter a World
Step 2) Open Inventory

Observed Results:
Crafting Menu will be in the "All" state

Expected Results:
Crafting Menu should be in the "Craftable" state
