Delay problems on PS4 villages

After update 1.20.30 Minecraft ps4 presented problems with villages, huge delays when I get close to it, I hope they resolve it, any village I get close to interacts with blocks Or animals near it or iron itself, Minecraft near this region of the village has a delay and if I hit an animal the animal has a delay of approximately 6 seconds before it falls, I tried doing everything, deleting and lowering Minecraft, lowering graphics, nothing worked, the blocks take a long time to be broken and a very long delayI hope they resolve it immediately.
