Recipe unlock UI can overlap the HUD

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Recipe unlocking
2. Unlock a recipe using commands or manually

Observed result:
Recipe unlock UI can overlap with HUD elements.

Expected result:
Recipe unlock UI should not overlap with HUD elements.
