V-Sync option not available when selected. There is no option to select a V-Sync type.

When I turn my shaders on, an option for V-Sync does not appear, it's just blank and won't allow me to scroll up and down the menu in-game. I'd like to know if anyone else is having this issue, and could give me a potential guide to turn off V-Sync another way instead of through the menu.
