Rotation in camera command doesn't match teleport command

The /camera command includes optional arguments to define the exact desired rotation in angles, similar to the teleport command. However, instead of being ordered as yaw (Y) and pitch (X), it's ordered as pitch and yaw. This makes working with custom cameras significantly more difficult for regular command users.
