Ghasts agro

when in the neather a ghast can become agro to a player outside of the players visable range (even when render distance is set to full. this means that ghasts can attack you without you able to see them. because of this you can not kill it with a bow as you do not know where it is and you end up dead. in regards to ghasts you are unable to hit a fire ball back at the ghast using your hands or held items.
