Punch a tree to gather wood !!

when you join a server it tells you to punch a tree to complete the tutorial but there are no trees so when you join your world to do it it glitches , i broke the whole jungle and it didn’t go away , i tried everything, there is  a lor of people with the same problem on youtube .
