Candles cannot glow / emit light with RTX on

Steps to reproduce: enter a world using any RTX texture pack and RTX on. Place candles. Notice they do not emit light, unlike other emissive blocks, and unlike the Deferred Preview version, where candles can emit light.

Expected result when solved: candles should emit light, hopefully depending on candle color just like the Deferred Preview version.
