zombies drop armor and tools with full durability after turning to drowned
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Find a zombie (naturally spawn)
2.Don't attack zombie and don't let zombie attack you 
3.Turn zombie to drowned
4.zombie will turn to drowned and drop armor and tools with full durability(armor and tools which zombie hold or wear)
Observed Results:
zombie drops armor and tools with full durability
Expected Results:
armor and tools must have same durability as drop from killing this zombie
