Impulse Command Block Changed To Chain Stays As Impulse Server Side Not Client Side And Vice Versa

Whenever you get an impulse command block and change it to a chain (or vice versa) it stays as an impulse (or vice versa) physically but not visually and it ceases to work, only way around it is to manually give yourself a chain/impulse command block
