iPad storage error

We bought two add-ons but are not able to download them to the iPad. The iPad has sufficient space (see attached pictures) but the error message states, that only 1.8 GB are available. 

We did a restart of the iPad as well but it did not work.

I am not able to find any solution thats why I open up the ticket.
