Problems with "The incredibles" and "disney adventures"

I bought the "incredibles" world and I only can play the first level. When I go to the open world to find the undermine, he doesnt appear to me.

 

The other problem I have is with the "Disney Adventures". I bought it in the store and the download of the world doesnt complete.

 

Can you solve this problem for me ?'
