Purchased skins aren't displaying to other players.

This is an ongoing issue with multiple skin packs I've purchased from the in-game bedrock store. For example, I had this problem with the Spongebob Squarepants pack that I paid for. I have a realm that I want to use these skins in could please fix this in a timely manner.
