Unable to access online features (marketplace, mods)

The market place button on the home page of the game is grey, and an error message appears on it "Invalid session, please restart the game". I restarted the game multiple times, the device too. I cleared the store cache, I restart every thing, stil doesn't work. It's been 3 weeks now. Please Mojang do something, I can't play purchased content, and I have coins on my account.
