Animations not working properly

Ok one time when I was playing with my friend I was holding a sword and we were in the deep dark suddenly I STARTED TO EAT MY SWORD 

 

steps to reproduce-

1-Hold a sword, bow or any type of attack wepon

2- kill a mod or player

3- observe
