Outer layer on helmets are bugged when using characters from character creator.
This has been on for years.
When I use a character Made on the character creator, the "outer layer" on every helmet stays still looking forward and does not follow the character's head (as the inner layer does)
What I mean with inner and outer layer is the bigger cube on the helmet's model. On the texture file, it's the cubic texture right at the normal one's right side.
