Unable to shift click saddle and horse armor onto a horse

Not to be confused with MCPE-16750. In Minecraft Windows 10 Edition you are unable to shift click a saddle onto a tamed horse. This worked in previous releases.

Steps to reproduce

• Tame a horse
• Open horses inventory
• Try to add a saddle or horse armor to horse using shift click on the item.
