Achievements are not completed

It’s been a while since I started trying to make all the achievements of the game, but in the process had 2 achievements that were not completed even done correctly.

in my world I dug a vertical tunnel to Bedrock, when I got there I put a bucket of water, and I returned to the surface, I began to put scaffolding on the edge of the construction and jumped on a fixed block, and fell into the water I put before, waited a while and the conquest did not arrive.

Achievement room of the map

I put 9 adjacent maps fully explored on a 3x3 basis in my world,and also in my friend's world I had already tried to achieve the achievement.But as I am here to report a bug, the achievement was not counted as completed
