Bee nests drop when broken in Creative.

When I break a bee nest in creative when it has no bees, it doesn't drop, but with bees, it does.

How to Reproduce:

1. Go to Creative mode. If you have no worlds, create a new one, and then go to creative.
2. Take a bee nest or find one and, in the first case, fill it with bees.
3. Break it.

What I expected to happen was:

Bees are released from the nest and get angry.

What actually happened:

Bees stay in the nest and the bee nest drops.
