my character moves only when i stop advancing

 

 
When I am playing on my laptop I press the W key to advance but when I stop pressing it it continues to advance and does not allow me to play correctly and it takes a long time to load the textures and chunks, when I remove blocks they take a long time to be removed, the audio is delayed and all of the above is constant
