Cursor flashes while being moved, making it hard to track your cursor while moving fast

Steps to Reproduce:

1. open any text field with text in it outside of Minecarft (notes app will work)
2. tap and hold spacebar, than slide to move cursor
3. try the same in Minecraft

Observed Results:
In non-Minecraft text fields the cursor is non-blinking to help keep track of it

In Minecraft the cursor is blinking even while moving, making it quite difficult to tell where you’ve moved it

Expected Results:

In Minecraft a moving cursor would be solid and un-blinking
