The world of my Realm is not giving any achievements, although the cheats and creative mode have not been activated

Good afternoon, for a couple of days my friend and I have been experiencing a problem in the world of my Realm that we have for a couple of months now, in that world of the Realm we had already achieved a couple of achievements but we are missing a couple, when we tried to achieve them we realized that the world indicated that the achievements were not available in that world but the cheats and creative were never activated. I already tried to load the backup copies to check if any of those achievements were still available, but they weren't in any of those, so we think it's a Realm bug, we don't want to lose the things we got in that world but it's not giving us either those achievements.
