Hopper Minecarts cease rendering within simulation distance
My simulation distance can be set to 12 chunks, with flying machines and redstone working just fine but Hopper Minecarts cease rendering a few chunks away from the player, unlike how Simulation Distance should affect them
Steps to reproduce
1) Place a hopper minecart into the world
2) Walk away from the hopper minecart and/or send it off away from the player
Observed Results:
The hopper minecart no longer renders in the player's view (noticeably close to the player) until the player gets close enough to activate it's reload into view.
Expected Results:
The hopper minecart should unrender and pause all activity when it's quite far away from the player (eg 12 chunks when simulation distance is set to 12 chunks)
