Can't reposition caret by clicking or tapping on some screens

*The ability to click or tap somewhere to reposition the caret in text fields has been added in 1.20.30.22 Preview. However, that feature does not work on some screens:

• All signs;
• All hanging signs;
• New Create world screen.
